Monte Y MarMonte Y Mar, Gran Alacant is situated on the coast between the small spanish resort of Los Arenales and the larger Santa Pola Both places have superb beaches,Los Arenales beach runs into our own Carabasi beach - miles of golden sand. Carabasi beach is a 10 - 15 min walk down the hill but it will take longer walking back up. There is however a "Roadtrain" and a regular bus service that will make the the journey easier and quicker
Santa PolaSanta Pola has its own Fishing Port where you can catch a glass bottomed boat to the island of Tabarca. The town has a weekly market, many fine restaurants and an old fashioned Funfair (Pola Park).
Alicante Alicante itself is a 10 -15 minute drive along the coast, has wonderful shops, try El Corte Ingles, Promenade and Marina with excellent Bars and Restaurants.
